THE CREW
We are passionate about surfing and exploring. Behind it all is a dedicated team giving their best to ensure you leave with a big smile and new friendships!
At Reborn, we’re more than just a team—we’re a little tribe.
Around ten of us work here year-round, and with our regular partners, we’re about fifteen in total. But beyond numbers, what really defines us is how we work: not for each other, but with each other.
Here, good vibes and teamwork are everything. We support one another, we laugh a lot, and we get things done with a sense of purpose and fun.
Working at Reborn isn’t just about doing a job—it’s about being part of something we believe in. Conditions are better than average, and so are the rewards.

What makes Reborn is the people.
Sonia founded the camp at the end of 2023, without really planning to. A passionate surfer and lifelong traveler, she was simply open to whatever life had to offer. That openness is what planted the first seeds of Reborn.
Zahra joined before the first guests ever arrived. Always smiling, she’s the one who fills your plates with love, adapting every meal to your needs with endless care and kindness.
Mouja, the cat, showed up a few weeks after the camp opened. A scrappy little thing from the streets of Tamraght, he quickly found his favorite spots: the comfiest couches and the leftover chicken bowls. He’s still got a street soul, but now with a taste for the good life.
In 2024, Soufiane came on board with his laid-back energy and bright smile. He’s the one guiding you in the waves, making every surf lesson feel light, fun, and progress-driven.
Soon after, Radi arrived—camera in hand, eyes always on the details. He started as a photographer, but now also handles reception with a perfectionist's touch and a big heart.
Then came Fatima, from the neighboring village. She joined the team with warmth and curiosity, and has been learning English with Zahra ever since—a beautiful example of the spirit of mutual growth that defines us.
Oscar, the dog, wandered into our lives not long after. Left behind when his owner moved away, he found a new home at the camp and quickly became our mascot. Whether he’s snoozing in the sun or sniffing out leftovers, he’s now fully part of the Reborn family.
Mehdi, a local from Tamraght, also joined the team. He’s the kind of person who just makes things flow—driving guests, helping with dinners, or sharing a good conversation around a tea. Reliable, kind, and always around when you need him.
Hamza, one of our most gifted surf instructors, first worked with us as a part-time coach. After nearly a year of making guests feel confident in the water, he officially became a full-time team member in 2025. Calm, clear, and deeply passionate about teaching, he’s a real pillar of the surf crew.
And finally, Nohayla, young and full of energy, recently joined the kitchen team. She’s quickly found her rhythm and brings a fresh, vibrant touch to the heart of our camp.
And let’s not forget our regular partners:
Abdullah, our go-to taxi contact. Quiet by nature and highly professional, he’s the definition of reliability when it comes to getting you from point A to point B. And if he’s ever unavailable, one of his trusted colleagues takes over immediately.
Mouna, after months of working with experienced yoga teachers, naturally stood out as the one most in tune with each guest’s individual needs. She’s now our main yoga instructor and works with us throughout the year.
Thank you as well to our amazing extras: Youssef (surf), Ali (surf), Colette, Charline.
And a special mention to our long-term volunteers—
Diana, who came for a few weeks and stayed 11 months;
Noah, who stayed 7 months.
They undeniably helped shape Reborn into the magical place it is today.
